При этом, наш отель в центре Флоренции – это не только история и искусство, которые можно ощутить, едва выйдя из номера, это еще и возможность добраться до нас пешком от центрального вокзала Санта Мария Новелла всего за 10 минут!

А если пешие прогулки вас не привлекают, или у вас с собой много багажа, всегда есть классические такси, готовые прийти к вам на помощь. От железнодорожного вокзала до отеля поездка будет стоить около 12 евро и займет около 10 минут, в зависимости от загруженности дорог. Если вы прибываете из аэропорта, стоимость проезда на такси будет фиксированной и составит 22 евро плюс 1 евро за чемодан, и длиться она будет около 25 минут при обычной загруженности дорог.

Если же вы прибыли на собственном автомобиле, не волнуйтесь, вы можете добраться до самого отеля в центре, несмотря на то, что он находится в зоне, ограниченной для движения. Вы сможете попасть в зону с ограниченным движением без какого-либо штрафа: достаточно, чтобы до момента вашего прибытия вы сообщили нам данные вашего номерного знака, а об остальном позаботимся мы.

При этом, следите за тем, чтобы невольно не стать нарушителями других правил во время перемещения по городу, как, например, правил проезда по полосам, предназначенным для движения автобусов и специальных видов транспорта… во Флоренции следует быть очень внимательным в отношении подобных вещей!

А как обстоят дела с парковкой? Вам следует знать, что во Флоренции проблемы с парковкой могут быть просто огромными, однако отель Guelfo Bianco предусмотрел и это, и соседняя зона парковки, является идеальным решением для тех, кто прибывает во Флоренцию на автомобиле и хотел бы сохранить его в безопасности во время своего пребывания. Парковка находится всего в 5 минутах ходьбы от отеля, а цены колеблются от 27, 31 и 33 евро в день. После вашего прибытия обслуживающий персонал стоянки лично позаботиться о том, чтобы забрать ваш автомобиль у гостиницы и отдать его вам перед отбытием.

Если же вы хотите оставить автомобиль в другом, более предпочтительном для вас месте, это – не проблема, вы всегда можете остановиться на 15 минут перед фасадом отеля, что достаточно для выгрузки и погрузки багажа. При выезде, как обычно, сообщите нам данные своего номерного знака, чтобы избежать штрафных санкций за нарушение режима зоны, ограниченной для движения. Если же вы собираетесь взять автомобиль в аренду, мы будем рады помочь вам добраться до самого близкого к отелю пункта проката: в такие места не всегда легко добираться из центра!

Но, по правде говоря, мы, вообще не рекомендуем пользоваться своим автомобилем в городе! Пешком вы сможете добраться до всех главных достопримечательностей, а такси поможет вам добраться до более отдаленных мест. Передвигаясь пешком и экономя деньги на парковку, вы еще, в придачу, сможете насладиться бокалом хорошего тосканского вина!

Today is on scene one of the most typical cocktails of Florence, one of the most famous aperitifs in the world, officially entered in the habits of all the Italians: the Negroni!

From the typical intense dark orange color, with a strong and bitter taste, the Negroni is prepared mixing together in equal parts bitter, red vermouth and gin. Few easy ingredients to create a magic blend, fragrant and pungent.

It is an elegant cocktail, generally served in the low tumbler filled with ice, refreshed by a piece of orange.

A drink to be enjoyed before dinner, without exaggeration tho! In fact, due to its high alcohol level, the excessive consumption could make you get to dinner… quite exuberant!

The Negroni comes from a 100% Florentine story. It is said in fact, that at the beginning of the ‘20s, the count Camillo Negroni, fascinating cosmopolite, habitué of the aristocratic Caffè Casoni of Florence, coming back from one of his many trips to London, asked the barman Fosco Scarselli “ a little bit of gin” in his usual Milano-Torino ( red vermouth with bitter Campari, lately called Americano). The count’s “usual” soon became a fashionable aperitif, from the dry and unmistakable flavour.

But where can we go today to have a tasty Negroni in Florence?

The best person to ask it to, is surely Luca Picchi, famous barman at Caffè Rivoire in Piazza Della Signoria. Top expert in the world about Negroni, Luca is renowned for its variations of Negroni and his historic documentary book: Negroni cocktail. Una leggenda italiana ( Negroni cocktail, an italian legend).

Picchi’s secret for a good Negroni? The method build on ice! Prepare your cocktail directly on ice, having beforehand refreshed glass and the preparation tools!

Talking about variations, to be named is the one called “ Negroni Sbagliato”, where gin is switched with brut sparkling wine, creating a sweeter and lovable drink.

Some excellence cocktails bar in the Oltrarno area, where to taste a delicious Negroni, are: the Golden View Open Bar, with a fanciful aperitif with breath-taking view, the Fusion Bar where you will find expert bartenders ready to give you the best tips on what to choose and to prepare you a cocktail with professionalism, mastery and expertise. Another place to have a break with a Negroni is located in Via Delle Caldaie, between Piazza Pitti and Santo Spirito, the restaurant Gurdulù, that hosts inside a beautiful cocktail counter.

To be remembered that the basic price for a good quality Negroni is around 8-10 euros, so don’t trust all those places selling it for less!
