Welcome to Florence from the team of the hotel! Past, present and future: united we stand!

25 years of our tourist accomodation in Florence.

In the seventies, when Luisa’s father, former entrepreneur working in the tanning industry in Milan, decided to move to Florence and buy a late 15th century building in the heart of the city, in Via Cavour, he couldn’t imagine what the future of his investment would be.However, we had a clear project in mind, one of those challenges that only someone who is truly in love can face with tenaciousness and enthusiasm:

We wanted to create one of the most innovative 3 star hotels of our time in Florence, and to offer rooms with personalized furniture, comfortably spacious bathrooms complete with bath and shower, energy saving systems, independent heating and air conditioning systems in every room.

From the very beginning, we also had another wish: to choose our staff from among young people who could work with enthusiasm alongside the owners. We wanted to pamper our customers offering them a one of a kind environment with the joy and coziness brought by a young and motivated team that would feel a part of our project.

It is something that comes from our farming tradition, a heritage handed down by our grandfathers. We revisited it in a more modern and managerial way, but keeping its original ideal: allow the guest to feel at home with the advantage of our constant protection and assistance to rely on. Today we think it is important to share our history: to let people know who we are and who our team are, what is their past, present and future perspective and how they translate our philosophy into everyday actions to serve our Guests.
